Sub-Workspace Top Bar – Basic Information

As an Admin or Owner of a channel workspace, you can quickly view key details about any sub-workspace at a glance.

To access the settings of the relevant sub-workspace, select the Settings icon. 



 At the top of the Sub-Workspace Settings page, you’ll see a summary section displaying essential, up-to-date information about the selected sub-workspace.
What the Top Bar Includes:
  1. Number of Members
    1. Shows the total number of members who have joined, plus any pending invitations.
  2. Mirrored Projects
    1. Displays the current count of projects mirrored from the main channel workspace.
  3. This number is always synchronized with the Mirrored Projects section.
    1. Sub-Workspaces
  4. Only visible if the sub-workspace itself is a channel workspace (meaning it can have its own sub-workspaces).
    1. Shows how many sub-workspaces are nested under this one.
  5. Expiration Date
    1. Displays the expiration date in the format: JAN. 22, 2025
    2. This date matches the expiration date shown in the General Settings section.
