Overview

The Manage Sub Workspaces page gives you a flexible, powerful view of all your sub-workspaces. From this page, you can easily find, sort, filter, and manage your sub-workspaces as needed.

You’ll find a Sub-workspace Management tab displaying a detailed table of all sub-workspaces associated with your workspace.

Each row in the table represents a sub-workspace, showing key information across multiple columns:
  1. Workspace Name
    1. The display name of the sub-workspace.
  2. Creation Date Shown in the format: MMM DD, YYYY.
  3. Expiration Date: Format: MMM DD, YYYY.

      2. The field switches to edit mode.

The Manage Sub Workspaces page Key Features

  1. Context-Specific Analytics Display
A Generate Report button is available at the end of the header row to export current data.
Session analytics are visible only within the workspace and project where the session was actually viewed. This approach keeps analytics context-specific and relevant to each part of the workspace hierarchy. In the Analytics tab, data is displayed only in the workspace and project where the session took place.
If a session is viewed in a sub-workspace, its analytics are recorded exclusively in that sub-workspace.
Example:
    1. Parent Workspace: Displays analytics aggregated from its own sessions and all sub-workspaces.
    2. Sub-Workspace: Shows analytics from itself and any nested (child) workspaces.
    3. Grandchild Sub-Workspace: Displays only its own session analytics.

  1. Sorting
    1. You can sort the table by any column.
    2. Default sort: Workspace Name (A–Z).
    3. Clicking a column header sorts by that column.
    4. Clicking the same header again toggles ascending/descending.
    5. An arrow icon indicates the active sort column and order.
    6. The table refreshes automatically when sorting is changed.
  2. Search and Filter
    1. A search field above the table filters results live as you type.
    2. The filter matches any part of the workspace name.
    3. Sorting remains active while filtering, so results stay in the chosen order.
  3. Fast Editing
    1. Changing the allowed members count updates instantly without reloading the entire page.
