This article will guide you on how to join a remote support session in as a guest.

  1. Run the application.

  2. On the main screen choose “continue as a guest”

  3. Fill in your name and continue.

  4. Choose remote support. You can join a session in two ways:

    • Provide the agent with the device ID and the agent will contact you

    • Select join the meeting, get from the agent the meeting ID, insert the meeting ID
