The Web-based remote support room enables creating and running a remote support call without using the application.

Initiation

Login into the web workspace www.frontline.io

  1. `Click: “Remote support”

  2. Select: “Continue in this browser”

  3. Join the room

    Allow frontline.io to use the camera and microphone

  4. Add your name and join the call

  5. Remote Support call opens

  6. Select Camera and Microphone

  7. Share Remote Support Meeting Information

  8. Invite participants

    Invite Workspace Users or invite participants using their device ID

  9. Share screen

    To share your screen, first choose whether you want to share a specific tab, window, or your entire screen. Then, locate and click the "Share" button to initiate the screen sharing process.

    To stop sharing your screen, simply select the "Stop Sharing" option.

  10. Annotations

    Annotations refer to a set of tools that allow you to draw, add arrows and beacons of different colors on the screen. To access the annotation menu, simply click on the small arrow located at the top of the screen.   11. Chat

    If you click on the chat icon located at the bottom left corner, you will be able to access the chat feature. This provides an additional means of communication that you can use during a call.
