Sub-Workspaces with frontline.io

frontline.io's sub-workspace structure system enables creating a tree-shaped structure of channels and customers that mimics the field organization.

The establishment of the sub-workspace framework is orchestrated in the Channel Portal managed by the Admin or Owner of the main workspace.

Key parameters for defining a sub-workspace include:

- Name

- Owner (via email)

- Number of users

- Optional: Country

- Ability to create (sub) sub-workspaces

Content

Content within a sub-workspace encompasses Digital Twins and Interactive Flows that can be inherited across hierarchical levels.

The nature of this content is reflective, rendering the creator and subsequent levels as viewers in a read-only mode. Authorization, however, empowers users to generate content within the sub-workspaces.

Remote support calls can be initiated in two ways:

Invitation via device ID, applicable organization-wide.

Invitation from the user's list, feasible at the user's current level or one level below. For instance, a user within the main company can view users in levels #1 and #2 only, whereas a user in level #2 can observe users in levels #2 and #3, connected to their organization.

Immersive Room functionality extends invitations organization-wide through the use of a unique room number.

The branding identity is cascaded down through the hierarchical levels, ensuring a consistent brand image across the entire workspace structure.
