Introduction
This release primarily improves stability and reliability for Web Remote Support, with fixes addressing screen sharing, audio, video, and device interaction issues. Additional improvements have been made to Interactive Flows and Sub-Workspaces. Known issues are listed below for visibility, along with available workarounds.
Bug Fixes
Sub-Workspaces
- Sub-Workspace Creation: Increased the character limit for Owner role credentials.
Interactive Flows
Flow Updates: Editing a flow from a 3D procedure now correctly updates the flow in the web interface while having the Flow Editor open in the web.
Remote Support Web
- Screen Sharing: Fixed an issue where shared desktop content appeared flipped on screen.
- Video Streaming: Resolved an issue where a participant’s video stream would unexpectedly turn off when the camera was disabled on another device.
- Audio: Fixed sound delay and echo issues between PC and Android devices.
- Android: Resolved camera switching issues on Android devices.
Known Issues
Power BI Reports
- Reports may not include data up to the selected “To Date.”
- Workaround: Set the “To Date” to the following day to ensure the most recent session is included.
Interactive Flows – Text to Speech
Text-to-Speech playback in WebGL may differ slightly from the 2D Procedure experience.
Project Media Manager
Animation previews appear in the Unsorted Upload folder.
Remote Support Web
- A brief visual flicker (black background) may appear for up to one second.
- On Web (PC, Android, iOS), turning the microphone on or off may momentarily (1 sec) hide the camera feed.
- On iOS tablets, the camera feed may not display in the correct position (on the left side instead).
- On mobile and tablet devices, the camera view may remain in full-screen mode for web users after the sharing participant turns off their camera.
- If the camera button is pressed on a PC without a connected camera, screen sharing issues or UI flickering may occur. Reopening Remote Support may be required.
- iOS Mobile Web: An incorrect notification message appears instead of the project list.
