frontline.io Web Version 25.3 – Release Notes

We would like to introduce two new features designed to streamline your workflow and improve user accessibility. These enhancements aim to provide greater control for workspace administrators and a more seamless content-sharing experience for content providers.

Enhanced Workspace Administration

Workspace admins and owners now have comprehensive access to the owner settings of all projects within their workspace. This enhancement allows them to manage and oversee project configurations without needing to be the designated project owner. It streamlines administrative tasks, ensuring efficient project management across the workspace.

Seamless Web-Only Sharing for Knowledge Base Items

Content creators with the Service Provider role can now generate "Web-only" links for knowledge base items, including Interactive Flows and Digital Twins. This feature introduces a "Web only" option in the share window, enabling users to access content directly in their browsers. 
This enhancement simplifies content access, making it more convenient for users to engage with knowledge base items directly through their web browsers.

  1. Digital Twin
    1. Procedures button (left menu) is unavailable in Digital Twin Scene
  2. Parts Catalog
    1. Excel import would not show updated Parts Catalog. 
  3. Interactive Flows
    1. When running a multi-language procedure in full-screen mode, the language dropdown is unavailable, preventing users from switching languages.
  4. Sub-Workspaces 
    1. Super Admin - Improved loading time of sub-workspaces
  5. Analytics
    1. Super Admin - Last PC User Login report issue
