Introduction

frontline.io offers AI Assist to help content creators in their creation and modification of interactive procedures.
By enabling the use of AI to discuss required changes though a chat window, users will have the ability to quickly build up content, leveraging the capability to adjust and rebuild flows automatically for a smoother experience.
In addition, through uploading new files and documentation, the AI Assist will be able to rapidly break down the contained information to develop new flows for quick and easy deployment, ready to be assigned to a digital twin and further enhanced.

Ai Assist is a standalone module that must be enabled within a Workspace.

Accessing AI Assist

Users can interact with our AI to describe desired changes or new sequences though the chat window found to the right of the search bar.


On opening the chat window, you will be prompted with a number of possible instructions relevant to your current location within the Workspace.
By using these pre-generated prompt options, you can quickly start outputting content tailored to your current location context.

 

Functionality

Chat-Based Flow Editing

The AI Assist acts as a collaborator for content creators, allowing you to build complex logic through natural dialogue.
  1. Dynamic Creation: You can request the AI to insert specific node types, such as multi-choice nodes, to create branching paths in your procedure.
  2. Intent Recognition & Contextual Editing: The AI understands technical intent; for example, you can ask it to clone an installation flow and automatically reverse the steps to create an uninstallation flow, updating node descriptions to properly reflect the change.
  3. User Confirmation: To ensure accuracy, the AI will draft the proposed changes and wait for user confirmation before implementation.

Document-to-Flow Automation

For users with existing documentation, AI Assist can bypass manual entry entirely.
  1. Bulk Uploading: Users can upload multiple files simultaneously, including .pdf and .doc(x) formats, to be converted into Interactive Flows.
  2. AI Studio: Media existing within the AI Studio already within the Workspace can also be used for content generation, enabling cross-referenced articles for complete documentation.
  3. Automated Node Mapping: The AI identifies the process steps within the uploaded media to generate interactive flow nodes with the corresponding text.
  4. Intelligent Media Placement: AI Assist analyzes imagery within the uploaded documentation and attempts to place relevant images into the appropriate steps of the flow automatically.
