Administrative Roles

In the Administration Category, there are several roles managing the company workspace, the users and analytics.

  • Analyst

  • Owner

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

Analyst

Issue (scheduled) reports of activities of users, either per user or per project.

Owner

The owner is the user who opened the workspace and/ or is assigned as owner of the

Workspace. The Owner can invite users to a workspace, remove users and issue analytic reports. The owner can assign Admins and Super Admins and all other users.

Admin

  • Can invite and remove users from the workspace

  • Approve Pay-Per-Session

  • Has the same analytic capabilities as the Analyst does.

  • Set the branding of the workspace

  • Set the branding of QR codes

Super Admin

A Super Admin manages a network of sub-workspaces, creates a sub workspace, and sets the workspace owner and operational parameters.
