User Management: Active and Inactive Users

Automatic User Removal

Our Automatic User Removal feature is designed to streamline your workspace by removing inactive users after a set period. This functionality ensures a dynamic and engaged user base, keeping your workspace relevant.

An active user is defined as someone who has accessed the application on any platform. It's important to note that a user might be active in one workspace while inactive in another.

Users receive an "Action Required" email notifying them about their potential removal due to inactivity, sent two weeks, one week, and one day before the removal.

Should a user be removed, they can easily rejoin the workspace through the standard invitation process, with their invitation and joining dates reflecting the latest interaction.

For more details on implementing this feature, please contact your frontline.io representative.
