User roles were defined according to the needs per user.

Each role contains a full toolbox.

The available roles are:

  1. External Operator

  2. Field Service Engineer

  3. Service Support Expert

  4. Service Support Manager

  5. Instructor

  6. Content Creator

  7. Advanced Content Creator

  8. System Admin

  9. Usage Analyst
