User Presence Status

Effortlessly discern the activity status of members through our native application.

User Presence Status: Keep an eye out for a small green circle adjacent to the user's avatar. This circle serves as an immediate indicator that the user is currently engaged within our native application.

Tooltip Details: Simply hover over the green circle to reveal a tooltip displaying the label "Active." This feature offers a swift acknowledgment of a user's real-time presence.

A user is deemed active when they are logged into the frontline.io native application, accessible on any of the supported devices.

Note: Merely being logged into the web platform, even if it's open, will not trigger the "Active" status.
