5. Add your name and join the call
From this point, the remote support functions similarly to the remote support feature in the app. For more details, refer to the article "Remote Support - Meeting Dashboard Explained."
That being said, screen sharing in the web-based remote support utilizes your browser's built-in screen sharing feature. By clicking the "Share Screen" button, you can choose to either share your entire screen or select specific open applications to share.
Access to remote support call in the browser using the received deep link. (The deep link is created by scheduling a call or available during the call currently in progress)
Once the link is clicked the user will be directed to a web page giving them the ability to choose from the following 3 options:
Continue call in the browser
Open in frontline.io
Download frontline.io app
Once clicking on "continue in browser" the user is redirected to the meeting.
