Introduction

frontline.io is a cloud-based platform that provides Training and Remote Support solutions for businesses. Single Sign-On (SSO) is a security mechanism that allows users to access multiple applications or systems using a single set of login credentials.

frontline.io has integrated SSO functionality into its platform to provide a seamless and secure login experience for users. By using SSO, frontline.io users can log in to the platform using their existing credentials from another system, such as their company's Active Directory, without having to remember multiple usernames and passwords.

How to Set Up SSO in Your Workspace

Important: Only the workspace owner can configure SSO (Single Sign-On).

  1. Request SSO Access
    Begin by contacting the Frontline team to request SSO for your workspace.

  2. Access the Workspace Manager
    Once SSO is enabled for your workspace, follow these steps to configure it:

    • Log in to your Frontline.io account.

    • Click on your profile avatar at the top-right corner of the page.

    • From the dropdown menu, select Workspace Manager.

  3. Enable SSO

    • In the Workspace Manager, locate the SSO option (indicated by a cloud icon) in the left-hand menu.

    • Click on SSO.

  4. Configure SSO Details

    • Fill in the required fields with your SSO information (provided by your identity provider).

    • Double-check the details for accuracy.


  5. Complete the Setup

    • Once all the necessary fields are completed, click Create SSO to activate it.
