Analytics - Reports Explained

Introduction

Reports provide valuable insights into user activity and content interaction within the platform.
The reports generated allow Analysts and (Super) Admins to track and analyze the usage of Digital Twins, Interactive Flows, Remote Support, and overall workspace engagement.
This documentation outlines the key reports available and their relevant data fields.

Available Reports:

3D Content: Digital Twins and Flow Report (Project Level)This report presents information on the utilization of Digital Twins and Interactive Flows within a project. It is generated from the analytics tab inside the project and includes details such as item titles, user details, viewing behavior, session duration, device type, and mode of interaction.

Digital Twin and Procedures Report: This report provides an overview of Digital Twin and Interactive Flow usage across projects. It is accessible from the Power BI tab in the Workspace Management area. The report includes project titles, user engagement metrics, session details, and performance analytics.

Remote Support - Power BI Report: This report tracks remote support meetings, capturing data on meeting titles, participant information, meeting duration, host details, device usage, and content shared during the session. It is generated from the Power BI tab in the Workspace Management area.

Workspace User Report: Available exclusively to Super Admins, this report provides an overview of user activity within the workspace, offering insights into engagement trends and operational efficiency.

Refer to the table of reports below for a comprehensive breakdown of the provided information.

1. 3D Content: Digital Twins and Flow Report (Project Level)

This report presents information on the utilization of the Digital Twin and Interactive Flows within the project.
It is generated from the analytics tab within the project.

Title Description
 Item Title Value: The title of the item run in that session
  If more than one item was viewed (i.e.- Go to) the title will be of the first one that the user opened
  The title is the current title of the item, as of downloading the excel file
Member name Value: User name of the user that ran the item in that session
  If the user was a guest the value will be: Guest
 Member Email Value: Registered Email of the user that ran the item in that session
  If the user was a guest the value will be: N/A
 Member role (field) Value: The Field role of the member that ran the item
  One of the following: Operator; Operator MR, field service engineer; Service support expert; Instructor; Service support manager.
  If the user was a guest the value will be: Guest
  If no field role, the value will be: N/A
 No. of Steps viewed Value: A numeric value indicating the amount of unique nodes that the user viewed in that session
  The value can also be more than the actual amount of nodes if for example there is a "go to" in the procedure
  If the item wasn't a flow (e.g.- digital twin; media), then the value will be: N/A
 Duration Value: the amount of time the item was running
  In the following format: HH:MM:SS (e.g.- 00:26:52)
  There is a value for this field no matter what item was viewed
 Device type Value is one of the following:
  1. Desktop (for windows and Mac)
  2. Handheld (for android and iOs)
  3. Web (for any time web was used, even if on mobile)
  4. AR device (For anytime any type of AR glasses were used)
  5. VR headset (For any type of VR headset that was used)
 Mode Value: The name of the mode at which the flow ran
If not relevant the value will be: N/A
 Test Value: "Yes" or "No"
 Score Value: A numeric value indicating the score of that session if it was a test
  If the session wasn't a test, value wlll be: N/A
 Date Value: The date the session started
  Format: Mmm dd, yyyy (e.g.- Jan. 09, 2025)
 Time Value: The time the session started as experienced by the member who ran the item
  Format: HH:MM:SS, [time zone] (e.g.- 13:30:09, GMT +2)
 

2. Digital Twin and Procedures Report

This report is provides information on the usage of the Digital Twin and Interactive Flows. 
The report is generated from the Power BI tab in Workspace Management area

Description  
 Item Title Value: The title of the item run in that session
  If more than one item was viewed (i.e.- Go to) the title will be of the first one that the user opened
  The title is of current title of the item, as of downloading the excel file
 Project name Value: The title of the project of the item run in that session
  The title is the current title of the project, as of downloading the excel file
 Member name Value: User name of the user that ran the item in that session
  If the user was a guest the value will be: Guest
 Member Email Value: registered email of the user that ran the item in that session
If the user was a guest the value will be: N/A
 Member role (field) Value: The Field role of the member that ran the item
  One of the following: Operator; Operator MR, field service engineer; Service support expert; Instructor; Service support manager.

3. Remote Support - Power BI

This report is generated from the Power BI tab in Workspace Management area

Item name  Description
Meeting Title/ currently is Room name Value: The name given by the user or generated by the system, if not- "N/A"
 Meeting ID / currently Room ID Value: The unique number given to every meeting by the system
 No. of participants Value: A numeric value indicating the amount of people that entered the meeting at some point
  Every user is counted once even if they close and re-enter the meeting
  Number takes in to account the host and participants
 Date Value: The date the meeting started
  Format: Mmm dd, yyyy (e.g.- Jan. 09, 2025)
 Time Time meeting started as experienced by the host,
  Format: HH:MM:SS, [time zone] (e.g.- 13:30:09, UTC)
 Duration Value: the duration of the meeting from when opened until there is no one left in the call
Format: HH:MM:SS (e.g.- 00:26:52)
 Host Value: The user name of the defined host in the meeting
Host email  
 Host role (field) Value: The Field role of the user that is defined as the host
  One of the following: Operator; Operator MR, field service engineer; Service support expert; Instructor; Service support manager
  If none: value will be N/A
 Host device type Value is one of the following: Desktop (for windows and Mac); Handheld (for android and iOs); Web (for any time web was used, even if on mobile), AR device (For anytime any type of AR glasses were used)
 Host Device ID Value: The 9 digit number as displayed in the remote support section of the native apps
If host used the web the value will be: N/A
 Participants names Value: User name of all participants (Anyone that was in the room is counted, even if not at the same time)
  If more than one participant, all names will be in the same cell, in a different line
  Guest will be included in the following format: [name]- Guest
 Participants Emails Value: Registered email of all participants mentioned in the previous cell (i.e.- Participants name)
  If guest Value will be: N/A
  If there is more than 1 participant in the call then all device emails will be in the same cell
  The sorting of the emails, in the cell, will be in respect to the sorting in the "Participants name" cell
 Participant Device ID Value of the fields will be the specific device ID used by the user in that specific call
  If the user was using remote support via the web, then the value of the field will be N/A
  If there is more than 1 participant in the call then all device ID's will be in the same cell
  The sorting of the ID's, in the cell, will be in respect to the sorting in the "Participants name" cell
Participants Device Type Same logic as "host device type"
 Items viewed in meeting Value: The full title of any knowledge base item that ran, overlapping the time of the meeting, by one of the participants
  If more than one item ran, all titles will be in the same cell, in a different line
