Installing the app

To install the frontline app on your HoloLens 2, follow these steps:

1. Locate the Microsoft Store in the main menu. If you haven't rearranged your apps, you'll typically find it among the top three apps in the middle section.




2. Once you enter the Microsoft Store, you'll see a search bar. Tap on the search bar and type "frontline.io" to search for the app.

3. The search results will display the frontline app. Select it to access the app's details page.

4. On the app's page, you will find an option to download and install it. Tap on the appropriate button to begin the installation process.

5. After the app finishes downloading and installing, you can locate it in your "all apps" section. This is where all the installed applications on your HoloLens 2 are listed.

6. If you frequently use the frontline app and want quick access to it, you have the option to pin it to the main menu. To do this, locate the app in the "all apps" section and continuously tap on it. A small menu will appear, offering you the choice to "Uninstall" or "Pin" the app. Select "Pin" to add the app to the main menu for easy access.

Log in to the app

Now that you have successfully installed the app, let's proceed with the login process. Follow these steps to log in:

  1. Click on the app logo on your HoloLens 2. This action will open a hologram displaying a play button at the center.

  2. Tap on the play button to launch the app. This will bring up the login window where you can access your account.

  3. In the login window, you will be presented with two options:

    a. Login on another device: Selecting this option will generate a code. Take note of the code and open the website indicated on the screen using another device. On the website, enter the code provided and your login credentials. Completing the login process on the website will establish your user session on the HoloLens.

    b. With your email and password: Alternatively, you can choose to log in directly using your email address and password. Simply enter your username (email address) and password in the respective fields within the login window.

  4. Once you have entered the required login details, click or tap on the login button to proceed.




Now that you have successfully installed the app and logged in, you are ready to explore and utilize the features and capabilities offered by the frontline app. Enjoy your experience and make the most of the app's functionalities to enhance your productivity and efficiency.
