To support organizations with the most stringent security and network requirements, we are introducing frontline.io On-Premises, a localized installation of the frontline.io platform, allowing it to run entirely within your organization’s private network infrastructure.


On-Prem Capabilities

The On-Prem service is a dedicated alternative to our standard model. It enables frontline.io's capabilities, including Digital Twin management, interactive 3D flows, and remote AR support, to operate without a dependency on the public internet.*

By shifting the platform into a private tenant environment, organizations gain absolute control over their software instance, ensuring that the platform's power is balanced with a security architecture defined by your own IT protocols.

Choosing a localized deployment does not mean compromising on functionality however, as frontline.io On-Prem continues to deliver cross-platform support across PCs, mobiles, tablets, and AR/VR headsets.

How On-Prem Works


The frontline.io On-Prem solution is designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing IT stack while remaining entirely self-contained.

  1. Centralized Hosting: The core application is hosted on a central system (typically a high-performance PC or server) connected to your Local Area Network (LAN). This server is configured with sufficient storage to house all localized data, 3D assets, and procedural content.

  2. Local Client Access: End-users access the platform via the standard frontline.io application interface, but instead of routing to our global cloud, they authenticate and sync directly with your locally running instance.

  3. Self-Sovereign Management: All administrative tasks are handled via a Local Workspace Management Tool. Accessible to your designated Workspace Admins, this tool allows for:

    • Creating and managing sub-workspaces.

    • Defining granular access controls and user permissions.

    • Inviting and onboarding new users internally.

Because the management tool is hosted locally, your team can scale the environment and modify user roles in real-time with no external help requirements or outside communication with frontline.io servers.
