Digital Twin - Left and Right Click Functionality

Select Parts using Left Click

(Relevant for: Parts Catalog and Digital Twin)

Ctrl + Left Mouse Click

  • Function on part: Toggle between select to unselect

  • Effect on other parts: None (Meaning - will multiselect parts)

  • Click on the background: Unselect all

ALT + Left Mouse Click

  • Function on part: Select, unless only one part is selected then unselect

  • Effect on other parts: All others are unselected

  • Click on the background: Unselect all

Left Click outside model: will unselect part and close menu

Right Click

Right Click: Opens the context menu only when part is selected

  • Context menu will open

    • Hide

    • Isolate

    • Show all

    • X-ray Selected Parts

    • Make all solid

    • Show in Parts Catalog

    • Copy Name

    • Meta data

    • Go to parent

    • Reset Scene

    • Undo

    • Redo

A minimalized Context menu will open, following an action like hide part, or transparent parts with the following options:

  • Show all

  • Make all solid

  • Reset Scene

  • Undo (Ctrl+Z)

  • Redo (Ctrl+Y)
