Inside a remote support call, the Meeting Dashboard provides the interface for real-time interaction. These tools are essential for managing your hardware and collaborating with other attendees.
Collaboration
In-Call Chat: Use the Chat button to send text notes, URLs, or links to files and videos in real time.
Participant List: View all current attendees via the Participants button.
Adding Users: * Click Add People to invite users from the Workspace list.
If a user is not listed, go to the Call Devices tab and enter their specific Device ID to pull them into the meeting.
Share
Audio/Video: Use the Microphone and Camera buttons to toggle your local inputs on or off.
Noise Suppression: Filter out background noise for clearer audio quality.
Screen Sharing: Use Share Screen to broadcast your desktop or a specific window to all participants.
Closed Captions: Automatically translated closed captions that will transcribe your conversation in real time.
End Session: Click the Hangup button to exit the call.
Info
Settings: Use the Settings button to select your default hardware (specific camera or microphone) if multiple devices are connected.
Minimize: The Minimize button allows you to keep the call active while navigating other features of the frontline.io app.
Information: Click the Info button to retrieve the Meeting ID, Password, and Link to share with others mid-call.
