There are two primary methods to join a frontline.io remote support call. Both methods require the frontline app to be installed on your PC or smartphone.
Method 1: Using a Direct Link (Automatic)
Paste the URL: Copy the meeting link provided into your web browser.
Launch the App: Click "Open Frontline App" when prompted by the browser, or "Continue in this browser" to launch the Web app.
Authentication: If you are not already logged in, the app will prompt you for your credentials.
Automatic Entry: Once logged in, the app automatically redirects you into the linked meeting room.
Method 2: Manual Entry (In-App)
If you do not have a link but have the session credentials, follow these steps:
Navigate: Open the frontline app and go to the Remote Support section.
Select Action: Click the "Join Meeting" icon.
Enter Credentials: Input the unique Meeting ID and the required Password.
