Remote Assist 1.2: Join a Meeting

There are two primary methods to join a frontline.io remote support call. Both methods require the frontline app to be installed on your PC or smartphone.



Method 1: Using a Direct Link (Automatic)

  1. Paste the URL: Copy the meeting link provided into your web browser.

  2. Launch the App: Click "Open Frontline App" when prompted by the browser, or "Continue in this browser" to launch the Web app.

  3. Authentication: If you are not already logged in, the app will prompt you for your credentials.

  4. Automatic Entry: Once logged in, the app automatically redirects you into the linked meeting room.


Method 2: Manual Entry (In-App)

If you do not have a link but have the session credentials, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate: Open the frontline app and go to the Remote Support section.

  2. Select Action: Click the "Join Meeting" icon.

  3. Enter Credentials: Input the unique Meeting ID and the required Password.

  4. Connect: Click "Join" to enter the ongoing call.
