Start Meeting: Click the "Start Meeting" button to open the support call window immediately.
Join Meeting: Click the "Join Meeting" icon and enter the provided Meeting ID to join an active session.
Connect with specific technicians or field operators assigned to your current workspace, or call directly using Device ID:
Workspace User List: Click the phone icon next to a name to initiate a call. Any user registered to the Workspace will be displayed along with their availability status.
Direct Device Calling: Every device has a Unique ID displayed at the top of the dashboard. To call a specific device directly, enter its ID into the call field after selecting 'Call Device'.
Action: Click the "Schedule Meeting" button.
Parameters: You can set the start date, time, and duration of the meeting to ensure participant availability.
Share Credentials: View the bottom section of the schedule screen to find the URL, ID, and Password.
