Digital Twin - Right-Click Menu Explained

Select a part: Left Click +Ctrl

Right Click opens the Context Menu

Description of each action in context menu:

  • Hide (selected)

    All highlighted\selected parts will be hidden: Menu will close, Parts will be unselected

  • Isolate

    All parts that are highlighted/ selected will be isolated

  • Show all

    All parts of the model will be displayed, Menu will close, Parts will be unselected. If no part was hidden, then just- menu close and parts will be unselected

  • X-ray Selected Parts

    All highlighted\selected parts will become transparent. Menu will close, Parts will be unselected. User cannot interact with a transparent part.

  • Make all solid

    All parts of the model will be solid (non-transparent), Menu will close, Parts will be unselected. If no part was transparent, then just - menu close and parts will be unselected

  • Show in parts catalog

    Menu will close but parts on model will stay highlighted and parts catalog will open, expanded up, until and scrolled to highlighted part (when multiple parts selected scroll to will be to the "highest" part in the parts catalog list).

  • Copy Name

    Part name is copied and can be pasted outside of the frontline.io app

  • Meta data

    Will open meta data window, in a pop-up window. Context menu will close and part will stay selected. All the information available can be copied at once or each line can be copied separately.

  • Go to parent

    Menu will close but parent assembly will be highlighted in the model

  • Reset Scene
    Resetting the scene will restore the Digital Twin to its original opening state.

  • Undo

    The last action will be reversed

  • Redo
    Will redo the previously undone action
