User Level: Admin
User roles were redefined according to the needs per user.
Each role contains a full toolbox.
The available roles are:
- External Operator
- Field Service Engineer
- Service Support Expert
- Service Support Manager
- Instructor
- Content Creator
- Advanced Content Creator
- System Admin
- Usage Analyst
