- Open the App (App must be installed)
- Select "Remote support" OR "Virtual rooms" (depending on what you want to schedule)
- Select "Schedule"
- Click on "+New" button on the top right corner of the panel that has opened
- Continue to fill out the fields in the schedule window that has opened (note: for a virtual training room you must select what digital twin model you want in the room)
- Click create
Your meeting should now appear in the meeting list in the right panel. Proceed to share the invitation info by clicking on the more button of the specific meeting
and then select copy link. This will allow you to now paste the info and share it with whomever you like.
